Our Signature massage is what put us on the map! This is an all inclusive, full body therapeutic massage that combines multiple modalities to really heal you! It begins with a client intake and a postural assessment to determine a game plan to achieve maximum results. We use a therapeutic pressure along with a “hurts so good” pressure in the most needed areas (based on your tolerance). We pull out all our favorite techniques to achieve the desired outcome: Your optimal health! Prenatal Massage (for 2nd & 3rd trimesters only) The goals of a prenatal massage are essentially the same as your regular massage: to help you relax, de-stress, and address any areas of tension or pain so that you leave your session feeling ease and balance in your body and mind. Here at MILA SPA, we have a specially designed pregnancy cushion so you will be able to safely lay on your stomach, allowing you to fully enjoy your back massage! When it is time to roll over and lay face-up, you will be propped with many soft pillows for maximum safety and comfort. We also offer a side lying position with properly placed pillows for comfort.
